I had this mixer for years and it worked great on everything but I tried a no knead bread recipe last week and it burned the motor out. My fault, should have known better. Only problem I ever had was difficulty in getting the beaters back in the mixer at times. I really like the deep glass bowl and will keep for use with next mixer.
