I've owned this Kitchen Aid mixer since Christmas 2004. I am STILL excited about it! It has done everything I have asked of it - double batches of cookies, triple and quadruple batches of Banana Bread! It does it all and does it with ease. I researched stand mixers before I bought this but am SO glad I decided on this one. My mother had the 5 qt. mixer and she often said she wished she had gotten the bigger model. That is what pushed me toward this 6 quart Professional mixer. And I haven't been disappointed! This fall and winter, I am going to get real adventurous with my now 5 year old mixer and come up with some recipes I haven't tried!
