11. 1bout Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in thecenter of a muffin comes out clean.
12. Support for several minutes before returning to a cooling rack.
13. Drop spoonfuls of meringue alternating pink and white at the top of each cupcake.
14. Using an icing spatula to swirl marble effect.
Glaze:
90 g butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1 / 2 milk tblspns
1. Beat butter in a small bowl with electric mixer until white as possible.
2. Beat sifted icing sugar and milk in twolots.
3. Divide the mixture between two plates.
4. Using the color pink dye mixture in a bowl.
