Germany Food

Germany has its own range of traditional foods that people around the world to know. Here are some foods that Germans like to cook and eat at home.

First, Spätzle. Spatzle pasta is how we here in Britain (and a lot of other countries). Can be formed by pressing dough through what the Germans call "Spätzle grater." Here are some instructions on how you can do.

You will need: 5pounds red potatoes 3 stalks celery 1 medium onion 3 / 4 of a pound of bacon 1 / 4 cup flour 3 / 4 cup white vinegar 4 tbsp. sugar 1 / 2 tsp. salt 1 / 2 tsp. pepper The next step is to fry the bacon. You'll have to do this until the bacon is nice and fresh. Now, remove the bacon from the pan and drain slightly. Make sure that some oils are still there so you can greet the onion and celery.
