I just bought my KitchenAid K4SSWH this week and I love it. I haven't tried to find attachments yet but understand you get the ones for the K5 to fit this one. It had plenty of power (300W) to get through anything I put in the bowl. I used it to mix 3 cakes, whipped cream (with the basic beater), and made a crumb topping by just throwing in the flour and butter and letting it do the rest. When I found the Bosch compact model, I was very excited, and ordered it. I used it several times, and let my mother know how well it worked, and how easy it was to use.
